CNC Machining and Laser Engraving of an Acrylic Fragrance Display

A customer in the cosmetics industry approached National Plastics & Seals, Inc. in need of a custom acrylic display to hold their perfumes. We worked closely with the client to ensure any and all needs were met and hopes were exceeded. We performed CNC machining to cut all components to size. Then, using our Epilog 75 watt laser engraver & cutting system, we applied laser engraving. After that we assembled and custom-packaged the displays for delivery.

The product was made of 3030 green edge acrylic. The finished display measured 14 inches long, 10 inches wide, and 3/16 inch thick. We worked within tolerances as tight as ± 1/16 inches. A special design feature of the display included holes to hold each perfume bottle. We inspected the product using calipers to ensure the hole dimensions were accurate.

National Plastics & Seals, Inc. produced 1,000 units of this custom acrylic display. We shipped them to the client in McHenry, Illinois, who was thrilled with the results.
