Custom Fabricated Acrylic Ice Cream Cone Display
An ice cream retailer with stores across the nation needed an inexpensive solution for a product display. They needed a display that would be eye catching and functional, displaying two types of ice cream cones. An 1/8″ fluorescent acrylic material was chosen for its strength, durability, and eye catching color. Manufacturing required that the acrylic stock to be cut into a shape that could be formed into the desired product. Using our precision Epilog Laser, we cut the raw acrylic sheet, and then formed them by utilizing our heat bending capabilities. The pieces where they assembled with solvent bonding, inspected, and individually packaged. We manufactured 1000 of these displays for this customer in two weeks.
