Custom Fabrication of an Acrylic Counter-top Display for the Retail Industry
A customer in the retail industry contacted to National Plastics & Seals, Inc. in need of a custom-designed brochure holder. We worked closely with the client and designed the product to their specifications, using the AutoCAD drawings they provided. We used our techno CNC router, then assembled the product, working within extremely tight tolerances to ensure proper assembly. We then applied flame polishing to the edges and custom packaged the displays. We tested and inspected the product throughout to ensure all measurements were precise.
The custom brochure holder was made of black acrylic. It measured 20 wide and 12 inches tall and 3 inches deep. We were working with a tolerance of 1/16 inch. Upon final inspection and quality assurance, the product was shipped to Crystal Lake, Illinois. The client was completely satisfied with every aspect of the water tank and our service.
